Partner Program Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before participating in the SmallSEOEngine Partner Program. By generating referral links or promoting SmallSEOEngine products, you agree to abide by these guidelines.
25% Recurring
Lifetime 25% recurring commission on all active SaaS subscriptions.
60-Day Cookie
First-party referral cookie remains active for 60 full calendar days.
$50 Payout Floor
Automated monthly payouts processed every 1st for balances over $50.
PPC Brand Protection
Strict prohibition of bidding on "SmallSEOEngine" trademark keywords.
1. Program Enrollment & Partner Eligibility
1.1. The SmallSEOEngine Partner Program is open to marketers, agencies, content creators, bloggers, YouTubers, WordPress developers, and SEO professionals who maintain legitimate promotional channels.
1.2. Self-referrals are strictly prohibited. Partners may not click their own affiliate referral links to purchase subscriptions or software licenses for personal use or internal employee accounts. Commissions generated via self-referrals will be automatically voided.
1.3. SmallSEOEngine reserves the right to review and decline any partner application or terminate existing partner accounts that violate these compliance rules or engage in deceptive practices.
2. Commission Structure & Lifetime Earnings
2.1. SaaS Recurring Subscriptions: Partners earn a 25% recurring monthly commission on every active subscriber referred to SmallSEOEngine SaaS products (AI SEO Operating System & IndexingNow API) for as long as the referred customer maintains an active paid subscription.
2.2. Software & Plugin Licenses: Partners earn a flat 25% commission on valid sales of single-license WordPress plugins, Indexing APIs, and downloadable software scripts.
2.3. Refunds & Chargebacks: If a referred customer requests a refund or initiates a credit card chargeback within the standard 30-day clearance window, the associated pending commission will be reversed.
3. Cookie Attribution & Referral Tracking
3.1. Referral tracking is executed via first-party tracking cookies with a 60-day attribution window. If a referred user visits SmallSEOEngine and converts into a paying customer within 60 days of clicking your link, commission credit is assigned to your account.
3.2. Attribution operates on a First-Click Attribution model to protect the original partner who introduced the customer to SmallSEOEngine.
4. Paid Search (PPC) & Brand Trademark Policy
IMPORTANT: Direct brand keyword bidding is strictly enforced to protect brand integrity.
4.1. Partners are STRICTLY FORBIDDEN from bidding on SmallSEOEngine brand keywords, trademark terms, or misspellings in Google Ads, Bing Ads, or any PPC search engine network (e.g., "SmallSEOEngine", "SmallSEOEngine discount", "SmallSEOEngine coupon", "Small SEO Engine review").
4.2. Non-branded PPC campaigns targeting generic search terms (e.g., "best AI SEO software", "automated Google indexing tool", "WordPress AI blogging plugin") are fully permitted provided traffic is routed to your own content lander first.
4.3. Any partner found violating the PPC trademark policy will face immediate partner account termination and forfeiture of all accrued commissions.
5. Payout Schedule & Minimum Thresholds
5.1. Payouts are dispatched automatically on the 1st calendar day of every month for cleared commissions older than 30 days.
5.2. The minimum payout threshold is $50 USD. Balances under $50 roll over to the subsequent monthly payout cycle until reached.
5.3. Supported payout channels include PayPal, Wise, Direct International Wire Transfer, and Cryptocurrency (USDT / USDC). Partners are responsible for ensuring payment details in the Partner Portal are accurate.
6. FTC Compliance & Disclosure Standards
6.1. Partners must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship with SmallSEOEngine on all websites, blog posts, YouTube video descriptions, and social media promotions in compliance with FTC guidelines (e.g., "Disclosure: Some links on this page are affiliate links...").
6.2. Unsolicited email marketing (SPAM), automated forum spamming, or deceptive promotional tactics are grounds for permanent ban.
